Is the biblical approach to conflict resolution (carefronting) always the best way to find reconciliation and forgiveness? Can you identify any problems with the way people use that approach?
(Your answer should be at least 50 words)
Care-fronting can be called a win-win way to resolve conflict. The goal is for each person to get what they want. This approach is based on David Augsburger’s book Caring Enough To Confront. Win-win solutions involve in person, face to face, one to one confrontation using very direct communication.
One problem with this approach is that direct confrontation between two individuals does not work well in cultures that value and practice indirect conflict resolution. This approach might even cause greater conflict if used in indirect cultures.
