Paper and essay questions

1. Each student should write a final  paper (1500 words)  on the theme: Bridging the cultural gap between heaven and earth.

Jesus, as the sinless God-Man, had to deal with cultural differences all the time. But the greates cultural gap he had to bridge was between God and humankind, heaven and earth. Read Hebrews 4:14-16 and consider the following questions before writing your paper.

1. What were some of the major challenges Jesus faced in his transition from the culture of heaven to the culture of earth?

2. What can we learn from the way Jesus adjusted to earth culture?

3. What resources are available to us from the text in Hebrews and other Scripture references?

2. Each student should write  three one page essays (200- 250 words) in response to the given questions.
