Course Description
This invaluable course from an expert in comparative religious studies surveys the world religions and ideologies from the viewpoint of a Christian experienced in interfaith dialogue. Course Objectives
This course will help students:

Course Requirements:

Each student will watch the lectures and take quizzes.

Each student will write two essays (200-250 words) and write comments on the discussion themes (forum).

Each student will read Global Gods: Exploring the Role of Religions in Modern Societies by David W.Shenk and write a personal response on the book
-
Each student will write a paper The Gospel is good news for ______. This essay will explore the yearnings within a religious system of student’s choice (except Islam) and suggest ways the Gospel can bring hope.
