Why do most Christian groups recognize Sunday, the first day of the week, as the day for worship and rest? Are there any biblical reasons to worship God on Sunday? In this lecture Jim Anderson shares some reasons for not becoming legalistic about which day we worship or rest.  This religious observance is by no means a way of gaining salvation or sanctification. It is a means of deepening one's relationship with Christ.
