Revival happens in individuals as they declare themselves spiritually bankrupt, unable to think, work, or plan their way out of their spiritual poverty. In this section of the lecture Jim Anderson talks about revival which happens when we repent of our rebellion and rest in the power of God for salvation. We must rest from trying to save ourselves, learn to listen to God and trust in His plan.
