Welcome to the Course "Spiritual Formation: Untroubled Heart". We hope and pray you will have a wonderful experience studying with us and complete this course successfully!

Increasing number of believers are not experiencing the joy and life-change offered by Jesus Christ. Instead, they are frustrated and disillusioned. They are living with troubled heart. The course on Spiritual Formation shows step by step how to rediscover God’s joy and peace and teaches how to live with a heart that has been changed, freed, healed and renewed.

We hope that you will enjoy this course and you will successfully complete it. This is a simplified course, but it has all the video lectures, and you also have the opportunity to check yourself and pass the final exam if you choose to. This course is self-paced and is not intended to be assisted by a teacher. But if you have any questions, you can ask our instructor using the discussion forum "ASK A QUESTION" below or writing at tvsstudent@gmail.com (in the subject of the letter, specify the course code PT223). Our teacher will be happy to answer all your questions. Also, you can choose to study this course at a deeper level along with the course facilitator. You can both view lectures in video format and listen to them in audio format. You can view video lectures only online (when connecting to the Internet), and you can listen to lectures in an audio form both online and offline (without connecting to the Internet).   The major part of spiritual formation is getting in touch with the heart and having untroubled heart. In this lecture Dennis Kizziar:

- TOPIC 2. Experiencing the Changed Heart
  
  How can God change a person's heart? There are two ways to accomplish that: conversion and consecration. It is not enough to gain a new heart, it is also important to make a vital step in order to experience God's best. In this lecture Dennis Kizziar:
  
  talks about three dimensions of the heart where spiritual conversion takes place;
  
  explains the meaning of conviction, illumination, internalization and confession;
  
  looks at the problem of being converted but not consecrated;
  
  shares interesting illustrations from his personal experience.

  Hearts must be free from guilt, bitterness and anxiety. If you are not free from all three, watch this lecture and find out what news Dennis Kizziar has for you.   After experiencing freedom from guilty feelings, bitterness and anxiety you mustn't relax and do nothing. You heart won't stay free unless you take some actions in order to strengthen it. In this lecture Dennis Kizziar shares two primary ways of doing that. Watch this video to learn how to guard your heart from false teaching, deception and spiritual slackness and how to nurture you heart through constant meditation on the Word of God.

  Keeping in step with the Spirit is the key to living the victorious Christian life. But for the Holy Spirit to do His work, we must voluntarily give up control to Him. In this section of the lecture "Empowering the Changed Heart" Dennis Kizziar reminds us of the believer's responsibility to be filled with the Spirit and to walk in the Spirit, for if we fall out of step with the Spirit, our hearts are headed for trouble. So watch this video to learn more about two positive commands that will empower you to live a holy life.
